General Requirements :
- Having experience in the same field
- Strong knowledge of villa systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) (1)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team (1)
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively (1)
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Engineering or a related field are preferred (1)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
