- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Experience in front office operations especially night audit or supervisory roles in hospitality
- Professional demeanour, customer service-oriented, and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
