- RESIDENCE MANAGER
- RESIDENCE COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the residential property, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for all residents.
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless operations and provide an outstanding guest experience.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the hospitality or property management industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A history of surpassing targets, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
