Puri Tempo Doeloe is currently looking for potential candidates to be our team member with relevant skills and experience as the following position :
- Chef de Partie
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Awareness of manual handling techniques
- Knowledge and ability to run a section
- Ability to produce good quality food in all sections
- Experience of kitchen equipment
- Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives
- High level of attention to detail
- Team management skills
- Understandable level of English spoken and written
