We are currently looking for talented and motivated candidates for the following positions:
- Cost Controller & Income Audit
- Front Office – Daily Worker
- Spa Therapist – Daily Worker
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (1)
- Diploma or high school graduate in Hospitality, Tourism (2,3)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry (1)
- Proven expertise in cost management, financial reporting, and income auditing (1)
- Previous experience in a Front Office or similar role is preferred (2)
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail (1)
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel (1)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (1 – 3)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (1 – 3)
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards (1)
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally (2)
- Strong knowledge of spa products and techniques (3)
