General Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
- Experienced in using hotel systems, particularly VHP
