HEAD of FOOD & BEVERAGE
Summary:
The Head of Food & Beverage is a senior leadership role focused on operational management, data-driven decisions, and building high-performing teams to deliver outstanding service while optimizing revenue and profitability.
What you will do:
- Work closely with the culinary team to create menus that align with the resort’s target audience and showcase seasonal offerings.
- Set revenue targets for food and beverage sales, with a focus on optimizing revenue from our in-house guests, while developing strategies to maximize profit and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Develop and manage the budget, ensuring that costs for ingredients, labor, and overhead are within limits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the F&B offerings, develop seasonal campaigns, and increase visibility.
- Implement eco-friendly and sustainable practices in sourcing, waste management, and energy consumption.
