At the moment Amankila, Karangasem is looking for qualified candidate for:
Assistant Reservation & Event Manager
You will be working under Front Office Department, responsible to Ensure all reservation information & correspondences are properly filed and readily available for future reference, Ensure the implementation of Seva & Brand Promises in Reservation / Event. To ensure smooth and professional operations in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner. Communicate, Maintain, and develop a long-lasting relationship with clients. Responsible for the successful running of an event.
Candidates should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Ensure excellent in all aspect of reservation & event service within the resort.
- Tough, energetic, dynamic, detail, and inspiring.
- Excellent computer skill & system (Opera).
- Analytical, well-organized with an aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking.
- Proven experience with minimum 2-years in the same position in 5* international hotels company.
