QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum three or more years experiences working in related role at luxury lifestyle brand.
  • Comprehensive understanding of environmental regulations, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks, sustainable development goals (SDGs), circular economy principles and corporate social responsibility (1).
  • Familiar with OPERA System (3, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11), Micros Symphony (12, 13, 14) and Microsoft Office application literacy.
  • Strong knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation systems, and pest control (4).
  • Knowledge of healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions (3, 19).
  • Powerful sales leader with the capacity to set aggressive sales intensity through personal involvement with strategy, deployment, revenue management and sales initiatives (3).
  • Proficient in safely driving vehicles, including guest transport (car) and buggies (6, 11).
  • Possess a valid Gada Utama (2) or Gada Pratama (18) certification issued by a recognized security training center approved by POLRI (Indonesian National Police).
  • Knowledge and experience in the purchasing and productions process and is equally versed in global distribution, and have critical problem analysis/resolution skills.
  • Good English literate, both written and oral.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, energetic and positive individual.
  • Good command of English.
