Villa Pulang located in Pererenan, has classic architecture, has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, lounge and terrace. We are currently inviting passionate and motivated individuals to be our team member as the following position :
- Operation Manager
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or assistant position
- English proficiency in verbal and written, additional language (s) is an advantage.
- Advance leadership skill in managing the entire operational of a villa complex which include various sections. Efficiency and Professionalism is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, customer oriented and a problem solver.
- Capable in managing all employees in various sections and to conduct enhanced training for employee development.
- Computer literate, and capable in reporting, administration and operational data analysis.
- Knowledgeable in the administration & operation of Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Front Office, and Property Maintenance.
- Excellent Team Player.
