- Proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 1 year experience (HK)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on personalized service
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance
- Fluent in English
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and motivation are essential
- Eagerness to learn and grow
