Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Villa Manager.
- Proven ability to manage a team of 12 staff members, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures through regular meetings and training sessions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on maintaining excellent guest relationships and delivering the highest standard of service throughout their stay.
- Competence in representing the villa owner effectively in external inquiries and matters.
- Fluency in English, combined with a hospitable demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Experience in monthly reporting and handling ad-hoc duties as required.
