Qualifications :
- Able to develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve company goals (1-3)
- Manage the department budget and ensure efficient use of resources(1-3)
- Supervise and manage the performance of the work team(1-3)
- Build and maintain good relationships with other departments and external parties(1-3)
- Evaluate department performance and identify areas of improvement(1-3)
- Take strategic decisions to increase department efficiency and productivity(1-3)
- Resolve problems and conflicts that may arise within the department(1-3)
- Develop and implement training and development programs for team members(1-3)
- Minimum experience 1 year in the same position (4-7)
