HHRMA Hotel Bali – Kumpul Kumpul Villa Seminyak
Kumpul Kumpul Villa Seminyak is a villa complex located in Central Seminyak. We are looking for an experienced Villa Manager (Operational).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Villa Manager or 5 years in Front Office role
- Managing 12 staffs, ensuring SOP is being followed through meetings, trainings etc.
- Maintains excellent relations with guests. Ensuring the highest standard of service during their stay.
- Represents villa owner dealing with external inquiries/matters.
- Fluent in English (speaking), hospitable and positive personality.
- Monthly Reporting & Ad-hoc duties
