- Operations Manager/Team leader
- Front Office/Reception Senior Supervisor
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Honest, Responsible and proactive with a good sense of attention to details
- Excellent with open and clear communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in both spoken and written English at professional level
- Resourceful in problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Pleasant and stable personality suitable for retreat hospitality
- Ability to multitask
- Prefer mature candidate 35-45 yr-old committed to working in a team and growing with company
Dragonfly Village is a calm and peaceful dedicated Retreat Center in Ubud, well established since 2013. We are looking for committed staff with relevant experience to join our team for further expansion.
