- SPA & RECREATION MANAGER
Requirements :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa and recreational facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the spa, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
- Ensure the highest standards of service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement spa promotions and packages to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the recreational facilities, including pools, fitness center, and outdoor activities.
- Develop and implement recreational programs and activities for guests of all ages.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of spa therapists, fitness instructors, and recreation staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Promote spa services and packages to guests.
- Build strong relationships with guests and ensure their needs are met.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
