Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to train and motivate a diverse team
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest issues professionally
- Familiarity with housekeeping software and tools
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Integrity and a customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related field is a plus
