QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum three or more years experiences working in related role at luxury lifestyle brand.
- Familiar with OPERA System (1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12) and Microsoft Office application literacy.
- Knowledge of healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions (4, 9).
- Powerful sales leader with the capacity to set aggressive sales intensity through personal involvement with strategy, deployment, revenue management and sales initiatives (1, 2).
- Ability to assess needs, create training programs, and measure effectiveness (6).
- Knowledge of mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, cultivating fertilizing, watering and pruning operations of flowers, plants and trees (7).
- Knowledge and experience in the purchasing and productions process and is equally versed in global distribution, and have critical problem analysis/resolution skills.
- Good English literate, both written and oral.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic and positive individual.
- Good command of English.
