- Cluster Sales Manager (MICE & Wedding)
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to drive MICE and wedding events, and present regular reports on the results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handle negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling event services
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the MICE and wedding sectors
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in sales, with a focus on MICE and wedding events
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Analytical, well-organized, with an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking

Specific requirements :
- Has professional experience with at least 2 year experience in the same position in a large luxury hotel / resort
- Positive attitude, self-motivated,service oriented, passionate with the dynamic personality
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Well groomed, honest and trustworthy
- Education Level minimal a Diploma
