Maya Sanur Resort & Spa a stylish beachfront resort located in the heart of Sanur is seeking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of:
- PASTRY CHEF
- PASTRY SOUS CHEF
- SENIOR HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
- RESTAURANT RECEPTIONIST / HOSTESS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role (No 1 – 4)
- Comfortable with basic administrative duties such as scheduling and ordering (No 1 – 3)
- Comfortable in a variety of disciplines : whole cakes, wedding cake, plated desserts, bakery and buffet (No 1)
- Understanding of best practices in cleaning, sanitation, and safety protocols, as well as familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies (No 2)
- Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury resort environment and upselling product
- Dynamic & creative approach to service standards
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, positive individual and team player
