We are currently looking for a potential candidate to join our team as :
- Hotel Manager
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Lead and motivate the hotel team to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of service.
- Manage the hotel budget and ensure financial performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, owners, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Able to join immediately;
- Based in Bali.
Engineering (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities :
- Assisting with general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical dan HVAC systems;
- Conducting routine inspections and repairs of Hotel and Restaurant facilities;
- Responding to guest requests and maintenance issues in a timely manner;
- Supporting the team in ensuring the smooth operation of all Hotel & Restaurant equipment.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Mechanical, Engineering and Plumbing (MEP) role;
- Minimum diploma or above in similar field, or equivalent work experience and education;
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Has good personality, attitude, discipline and neat appearance;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Able to join immediately;
- Based in Bali.
Bartender
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a well-stocked bar and ensure all bar equipment is clean and functional.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic bar atmosphere.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Basic food hygiene and safety knowledge.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Able to join immediately;
- Based in Bali.
