RECREATIONS SUPERVISOR
Job Profile:
With at least 1 year experience in a similar role, supervising and directing of the day–to–day operations of all Recreation functions. Preferably with experience in a resort in Maldives. The candidate should have the following skills and attributes: Participates in and enforces quality assurance for Recreation Department . You are attentive, and customer focused, passionate, energetic and friendly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge about GYM Equipment’s and Fitness Activities
- To be able to implement and conduct Recreational Activities for Adults & Kids.
- Knowledge about Yoga & previous experience in Guest Relations or Guest Services would be an added advantage.
- Monitor the care and maintenance of all recreation equipment and facilities.
- Ensure that all activities are implemented according to relevant legislation and Resort policies and procedures.
- Actively promote all recreational activities to ensure that all guests are aware of available activities through suggestive selling.
- Ready to take additional responsibility whenever required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a fast-paced 5-star hotel/resort environment.
- Experience working in remote islands or similar settings is desirable.
- Proven ability to multitask and exhibit strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
- Charismatic and approachable, with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
