Housekeeping :
Qualifications:
- Speak in English
- Previous experience in housekeeping at a villa, hotel, or on a boat
- Experience as a butler is a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional behavior at all times.
- Clean and inspect villas
- Clean and maintain public areas (garden)
- Report damages, maintenance issues, and lost items.
- Manage inventory, laundry and linens.
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor guest feedback for improvements.
- Adhere to fire, safety, and health regulations.
Guest Relation :
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience as Front Office or Guest Relation.
- Basic experience in reservations, familiar with extranet including handling bookings and guest inquiries
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to multitask and manage guest needs efficiently
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, welcoming attitude
- Familiar with basic web-based tools such google doc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Streamline guest arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Address guest queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments
- Ensure guest rooms are ready and special requests are met.
- Prepare guest billing to avoid delays and discrepancies.
Engineering
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Experience in hotel or villa engineering, facilities maintenance, or a related role
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of pool maintenance techniques
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain the pool, ensuring water quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist in managing and optimizing energy use within the property.
Security
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in security, preferably in a hotel or villa setting
- Strong knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations
- Excellent observational and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to patrol the property
- Basic knowledge of surveillance equipment and security systems
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor the villa property to ensure safety and security.
- Control access to the property and verify visitor identities.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Operate and monitor surveillance equipment.
- Report and document any security incidents or suspicious activities.
- Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter potential threats.
