HHRMA Hotel Bali – Villa Leana
Villa Leana is a private 5 bedrooms villa in Jimbaran managed by Secluded Bali Villas (SBV). We are looking for a dynamic VILLA BUTLER to join us.
Responsibilities: Work with SBV management to ensure operational tasks essential to the smooth running of the villa, and guest satisfaction are carried accurately and on time.
Training and leadership will be provided by Secluded Bali Villas.
Requirements:
- Indonesian resident/national.
- At least 2 years work experience in villa/hotel.
- Excellent written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Strong guest service experience skills.
- Willing/able to cook and prepare breakfasts and simple meals.
- Friendly, positive and helpful manner.
- Self-starter, motivated, diligent and organized with an eye for detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Meet and greet guests when they arrive and get them settled in the villa.
- Provide a polite and professional point of contact for the guest and be thoroughly familiar with the services and facilities of the villa.
- Assists with all cleaning duties throughout the villa and its surroundings.
- Assist with the general cleaning or maintenance duties when the villa has no guests and as requested.
- Make up the guest room as per the villa standard.
- Provide high-quality service to guests, including taking orders for food and beverages, and participate in the upselling of the villa’s food and beverage service.
- Deal with guest complaints and efficiently report any problems to the villa manager.
