- SALES ADMIN & EVENT COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience in the same position
- Energetic and flexible person
- Good command of English both written & spoken
- Highly motivated and passionate, enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Proficient in managing sales processes, maintaining databases, generating reports, and handling customer inquiries
- Skilled at tracking sales goals and forecasts, ensuring timely follow-up
- Proficient in handling various administrative tasks related to cooking class reservations and supporting e-commerce platforms such as Klook, VIATOR, and Get Your Guide
- Expertise in planning, organizing, and executing diverse weddings and events, including conferences, corporate meetings, trade shows, and social gatherings
- Skilled in understanding client needs, addressing inquiries and concerns, and building rapport to ensure long-term partnerships
