General Qualifications:
- Proven minimum 1 year experience in Room Division Manager for Operations Manager position no 1
- Proven minimum 1 year experience in Front Office Supervisor for Duty Manager position no 2
- Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
- Developed analytical & problem solving skills
- Flexible, well organized, and excellent attention to details
- Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods
