- Cost Control.
- Sous Chef/Head Chef.
General Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with specific years of experience varying based on the position’s level (e.g., entry-level, mid-level, or senior roles).
- Experienced within the 4/5-star hotel industry, with a proven track record.
- Familiar with VHP System.
- Ability to manage all operation costs and expenses. (1)
- Ability to manage food cost, design, develop, and execute menus that align with the restaurant’s concept, including seasonal and special event menus. (2)
