Requirements:

  • Proven experience minimum 3 (three) years in same position
  • Proven excellence as a General Manager or Resort Manager with a distinguished track record in managing top-end luxury hotels (1)
  • A seasoned HR professional with a track record of driving excellence and legal matters (2)
  • Proven experience in HR management with a strong understanding of employment law (3)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving high levels of guest satisfaction (4)
  • In-depth knowledge of security principles, and have an army training/ background (5)
  • In-depth knowledge of the leisure industry, including market trends and customer preferences. Proven experience in the luxury hotel sector is highly desirable (6)
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems. Proven experience in the luxury hotel sector is highly desirable (7)
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and strong leadership skill (8)
  • Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment (9)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment (10)
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries effectively (11)
  • Knowledge of spa services and operations, have experience in a housekeeping would be advantage (12)
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments and therapies, have experience of beauty expertise would be advantage (hair, nail and face treatment) (13)
  • Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position, Basic English communication skills and have Security certificate (14)
  • Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated and team player
  • Able to join immediately
