Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Good English
3. Smart & proactive
4. Minimum 1-year experience
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
6. Strong problem-solving skills
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
8. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
9. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
10. Knowledge of reservation and front desk systems
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
12. Attention to detail

Responsibilities

1. Welcoming guests as they arrive and checking them into their rooms
2. Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
3. Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
4. Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
5. Assisting guests with luggage and other requests
6. Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and functioning properly
7. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
8. Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and restaurants
9. Upselling hotel services and amenities to guests
10. Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay
