GUEST SERVICES AGENT (DW)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent (DW) at Anagata Hotels and Resorts. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to hotel guests, managing guest inquiries and requests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. The Guest Service Agent will also assist with concierge services, including providing information on local attractions, arranging transportation, and coordinating special requests.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems, REALTA and VHP proficiency is a plus.
- Fluency in English and local language
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
