- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar or assistant position
- English proficiency in verbal and written, additional language (s) is an advantage.
- Advance leadership skill in managing the entire operational of a villa complex which include various sections. Efficiency and Professionalism is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, customer oriented and a problem solver.
- Capable in managing all employees in various sections and to conduct an enhance training for employee development.
- Computer literate, and capable in reporting, administration and operational data
- Knowledgeable in the administration & operation of Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Front Office, and Property Maintenance.
- Butler
- F&B Service and Front Office Background
- Excellent in English communication skills
- Multitasking skills needed to handle more than one task simultaneously
- Good customer service skills
- Empathy needed to understand the feelings of guest
- Excellent Team Player.
- Housekeeping
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Good English communication
- Having passion in hospitality fields
- Having strong personality and multitasking
- Able to join immediately
- Highly motivated, ability to work under pressure
