Titik Dua is an independent boutique hotel showcasing contemporary Indonesian design, art, and culture located in Peliatan Village-Ubud is currently seeking for professional candidate to fill available position as below:
- Restaurant Manager
- Sales & Event Executive
- Front Office (Guest Relation) – Daily Worker
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar position (1-2)
- 1 year of experience in a similar position (3)
- Experience in handling restaurant pre openings is a plus (1)
- Strong leadership, revenue management and team management skills: ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high service standards (1)
- Experienced in hotel event management, specializing in weddings and social events. (2)
- Exceptional abilities in communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills (2)
- Guest service oriented and service minded (1 & 3 )
- Strong command of both written and spoken English (1 – 3)
- Familiar with VHP system will be an advantage
- Honest, a team player, has positive attitude, proactive, fast learner, agile, and hard worker
