- Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations and accounting activities (1)
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements (1)
- Develop, manage, and monitor the budget (1)
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings (1)
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing processes (1)
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing (1)
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and hotel policies (1)
- Lead and manage the accounting team, providing training and mentoring as needed (1)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
