We are currently looking for a potential candidate to join our team as :
Guest Service Agent (GSA)
Responsibilities :
- Welcome guests & handle check-in/out;
- Answer inquiries & address guest concerns;
- Manage reservations & room assignments;
- Process payments & maintain accurate records;
- Support other departments & ensure security;
- Promote hotel services & maintain a positive image.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or Communication;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Service Agent (GSA) or Front Office Receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Exceptional customer service skills and active listener;
- Has good personality, attitude, discipline and neat appearance;
- Highly organized and able to work with a system in following up with customer from quotation to final payments;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa;
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking;
- Familiar with VHP system;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Able to join immediately;
- Based in Bali.
