Sales Specialist – Retreat & MICE
Role Description
- As a Sales Specialist – Corporate and MICE,
- you will be responsible for promoting Bali Beach Glamping Resort to potential corporate clients and event organizers.
- This is a full-time on-site position located in Tabanan.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include managing sales leads, inquiries, and maintaining continuous communication with clients regarding their events and ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
- You will also create customized proposals and contracts and assist with logistics planning and coordination of events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales and event management in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage unexpected events or changes
- Knowledge of corporate and MICE segments and trends in the hospitality industry
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in English, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
