The responsibilities of the operations supervisor include training and supervising the team, maintain and monitoring the daily operations compliance with operational policies, monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching while keeping up-to-date the daily operations.

- Max age 35 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent English both written and verbal is a must.
- Similar previous experienced or related education background is a must.
- High attention to detail and proactive in problem solving.
- Highly self-motivated
