- Motivate the team to achieve set targets and operational excellence
- Monitor daily sales and come up with corrective actionable plans
- Prepare and submit monthly and/or quarter reports
- Connect with customers to build a loyal customer base
- Handling difficult customer
- Ensure F&B equipment are well maintained and meet hygiene, safety standards

General Requirements :
- Min. Diploma in culinary science or relevant field
- Expert knowledge of health or raw cuisine
- Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings, and other cooking best practices
- Ability to develop unique recipes
- Lead, manage and be accountable for the overall operations of restaurant including product and servicer
- Current knowledge of trends in the restaurant industry In-depth knowledge of state, and local food handling regulations
- Comfortable training, directing, and supervising kitchen staff
- Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal-setting
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organization
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Complies with, reviews, and updates departmental policies and procedures
