THE LOKHA UBUD Resort Villas & Spa is looking for :

Responsibility :

Spa Department Operation, Spa treatment, Spa Product, Spa retail /merchandize.
Recreation Operation, Pool attendant, Gym, Kid club, Yoga class, Guest activities ( Cycling, trekking, painting class, Wooden craft ect..)

Requirements :

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa and recreational facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Spa Management:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the spa, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
Ensure the highest standards of service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Recreation Management:
Oversee the recreational facilities, including pools, fitness center, and outdoor activities.
Develop and implement recreational programs and activities for guests of all ages.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of spa therapists, fitness instructors, and recreation staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Sales and Marketing:
Promote spa services and packages to guests.
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
Guest Relations:
Build strong relationships with guests and ensure their needs are met.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
