We are currently looking for a potential candidate to join our team as :
Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the cleanliness and guest satisfaction of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Motivate and lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Conduct inspections, identify deficiencies, and implement solutions to maintain hotel standards.
- Schedule and manage housekeeping staff tasks, including deep cleaning projects.
- Monitor and control inventory of housekeeping supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs.
- Provide excellent guest service, addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with hotel housekeeping procedures and practices preferred.
- Able to join immediately;
- Based in Bali.
Waitress (Casual Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression upon arrival;
- Effectively communicate with guests to ascertain their food and beverage preferences;
- Accurately take and transmit food and beverage orders;
- Deliver food and beverages to guests’ tables in a timely and courteous manner;
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards;
- Proactively address guests’ needs and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service;
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize service delivery and ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related position, background in the hospitality or F&B domain is preferred;
- Good communication skills, good personality and discipline;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa;
- Neat personal appearance and a high level of personal hygiene;
- Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job;
- Familiar with EDC machine;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Able to join immediately;
- Based in Bali.
