HORISON ULTIMA SEMINYAK is urgently looking for :

  1. Head Chef – Staff
  2. Cost Control – Staff
  3. General Maintenance – Staff
  4. Store Buyer – Daily Worker
  5. Gardener – Daily Worker
  6. Order Taker – Daily Worker
  7. Food and Beverage Service (Waiter) – Trainee (start June/July for 6 months periods)

General Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with specific years of experience varying based on the position’s level (e.g., entry-level, mid-level, or senior roles). (1-6)
  2. Utilize the VHP system for reservations and inventory management. (1,2)
  3. Able to manage administration well and master product knowledge. (1,2,4,6)
  4. Ability to manage food costs, manning costs, and overhead expenses. (1)
  5. Ability to manage food costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses. (2)
  6. Perform routine engineering inspections and maintenance MEP. (3)
  7. Assist the purchasing team in sourcing and procuring goods and services. (4)
  8. Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance. (5)
  9. Record guest requests and orders into the hotel’s housekeeping system. (6)
