- Hotel Manager
- Sous Chef
- Assistant Human Resources Manager
- Engineer – Daily Worker
- Security Officer – Daily Worker
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field. (1,2,3)
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. (4,5)
Experience:
- Hotel Manager: Extensive experience in hotel management or a similar role, with a proven track record in managing staff and guest relations.
- Assistant Human Resources Manager: Several years of experience in human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Sous Chef: Several years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen, with proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.
- Previous experience in a related field is considered advantageous. (4,5)
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions and team collaboration. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and keen attention to detail. (1,2,3)
