Villa CRYSTAL CASTLE is a Private Villa in Mas Ubud with providing Luxury 5 Star Service and manage by Bali Luxury Villas, a growing and expanding Marketing & Management Company based in Bali & London, offers an exciting opportunity for a professional, self-motivated team player to fulfill the following positions.

We are currently looking to fill in several positions within our beautiful private villas as well as our corporate Bali office:

  1. SECURITY

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Able to work independently.
  • Fast Learner
  • Good Team Player
  • Earn Security Certifiacte
  • Proactive and motivated
  1. VILLA ATTENDANT

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the villa
  • Able to work independently
  • Service Oriented
  • Proactive and motivated
  • Fluent English
  • Team Player attitude
  • Experience working in Private villa is a Plus
  • Local Person from Pererenan is our first priority
  1. RESERVATION SUPERVISOR (to be placed at Corporate Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily reservation operations to achieve sales targets & service levels.
  • Maintain Company standards to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and clients.
  • Developing and maintaining sales analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review and update villa listings.
  • Keep an updated data base of Villa Owners & contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and engage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales orientated with knowledge of sales technique.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in the same field.
  1. RESERVATION (to be placed at Corporate Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle villa reservations inquiries via our integrated reservations system, chat, email and/or phone from point of inquiry to closure.
  • Maintain Company standards to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Enjoy interaction with customers.
  • Excellent English – written and spoken.
  • Fast Learner.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Enjoy interaction with customers.
