WE ARE HIRING A GENERAL MANAGER
FULL TIME POSITION BEGINNING JUNE IN KUTA, LOMBOK
JOB DESCRIPTION
GUEST EXPERIENCE
Create a guest experience that is authentic to the brand and exceptional to the guests, making recommendations to improve hotel sales performance and delivering on key financial and service performance indicators
OPERATIONAL management
Ensure smooth operations in all areas of hotel management, including developing and implementing processes and policies for staff and system management, monitoring and checking facility and service operations
team and relationship management
Hire, lead, and manage a team of employees to ensure successful ongoing hotel operations, including performance and training management, as well as building and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English to interact with guests
- Strong ownership, takes initiative, and has professional work ethic
- Can manage multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic environment
- Service and solution oriented, can tackle any problems
