We’re looking for a qualified candidate to fill up the vacant position of:

  1. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

General Requirements:

  • Maximum 30 years old.
  • Having excellent knowledge of the corporate documents.
  • Assists top executives in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Manage executive calendars, arrange meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of executives.
  • Acts as a gatekeeper, controlling access to executives.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to work at Pejeng, East Ubud.
  1. GENERAL SECRETARY

General Requirements:

  • Maximum 30 years old.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Power Point, MS Excel, etc.
  • Problem solving minded.
  • Responsible for handling various documents, including correspondence, reports, and official records.
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate activities within the organization.
  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners.
  • Provide administrative support to top executives.
  • Ensures that organizational policies and procedures are followed.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to work at Pejeng, East Ubud.
  1. CHIEF BUTLER

General Requirements:

  • Experience as butler in a villa for minimum 3 years (preferred)
  • Strong at F&B service and villa.
  • Hard working, detail-oriented, initiative-driven, and honest.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Maximum 45 years old.
  • Willing to work at Pejeng, East Ubud.
