- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service
- Ability to handle guest requests and issues effectively and efficiently
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
