- Barista
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Creativity and innovation in developing new beverage recipes and menu items
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of various brewing methods and espresso-based
- drinks- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English sufficient to communicate effectively with customers from outside Bali
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
