- Guest Relations Officer
- F&B Supervisor
- SPA Therapist
- Waiter (Daily Worker)
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. (Position no. 1 & 2)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in guest relations or hospitality management, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment. (Position no. 1)
- Proven experience as an FB Supervisor for the past 2 years. (Position no. 2)
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite. (Position no. 1)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
