- Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in similar position
- Have relevant educational background with those positions
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, service oriented
- Japanese proficiency, both written and verbal, is essential
- Fluent in English
- Being proactively interact with guests
- Confidence highly motivated passionately work in Team
- Self starter by demonstrating creativity, flexibility and innovation
