The Royal Purnama, an exclusive beachfront boutique resorts (49 luxury Art Suites and Villas with ultimate F&B and Spa facilities) located at Sukawati Gianyar is looking for candidates to fill in the following position:
- Executive Chef
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with guests, providing personalized chef experiences, and catering to special events and weddings of up to 100 guests.
- A proven track record as a strong leader is paramount. The successful candidate will be adept at inspiring and training teams, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining the highest consistent quality & hygiene standards, and upholding standard operating procedures across all F&B outlets.
- Mastery of French cooking techniques, as well as a comprehensive understanding of both international and local cuisines, is required.
- Experience in plant-based cooking is highly desirable.
- A passion for working with local ingredients, staying abreast of culinary trends and techniques, and demonstrating creativity in menu development are crucial for exceeding guest expectations.
- Proficient with computer programs for analyzing, calculating and reporting.
- Sets and supports achievement of kitchen goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a resort in Bali as a Sous-Chef / Executive Chef is required.
