  • Training Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs aligned with business objectives and employee needs
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify training gaps to ensure effective program development
  • Manage the entire training lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, logistics, and evaluation
  • Utilize innovative training methods, such as online learning platforms, workshops, and simulations
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with department heads and employees to understand training requirements
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in training and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficienly in using learning management system and other relevant software.

Responsibilities:

  • Align HR initiatives with the property’s business goals and ensure legal compliance.
  • Attract top talent and oversee employee onboarding.
  • Develop training programs to enhance employee performance
  • Adress grievances, resolve conflicts, and oversee performance management.
  • Maintain employee records, track key performance indicators, and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality or luxury resort industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of culinary staff, Including chefs, cooks, and kitchen helpers.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality menu items that align with the hotel’s culinary philosophy.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standars and regulations.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new culinary concepts
  • Train and mentor junior culinary staff.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sous chef or a related position
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

  • Safely and efficiently transporting guests to and from their destinations

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • Adhere to traffic rules and regulations.
  • Assist guests with the check-in or check-out process as required.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience driving in Bali
  • Good driving record.

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the engineering team
  • Overseeing preventative maintenance
  • Responding to guest requests
  • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment
  • Managing inventory
  • conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
  • manage the engineering department budget and ensure that all expenditures are in line with the budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team management skills
  • Able to work under pressure with high work standards

  • Civil Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising maintenance and repair of building structures
  • Managing renovation and construction projects
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
  • conduct regular inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement safety measures.
  • Responsible for managing the budget associated with civil engineering projects and ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field is likely required for this role.
  • Experience in construction and project management
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
